Upcoming events

Nijmegen is noted for its many events in the fields of sport, entertainment, culture and music. All year round, Nijmegen hosts festivals, matches and all kinds of outdoor cultural happenings. Most summers, big outdoor pop concerts take place in De Goffert park. Major events can be found on this page, but be sure to check other event calendars and magazines regularly to keep posted on what's happening in Nijmegen in 2010.

Most events are published in local newspapers, on the English pages of the Nijmegen Tourist Office website, the free magazine Quo Vadis (in Dutch, to be found in bars and shops and at www.qvnijmegen.nl). The website Ugenda offers a free digital newsletter.
