De Nijmeegse groene huisvuilzakken liggen klaar om opgehaald te worden.Waste disposal tax 2011
The costs of collecting domestic waste are covered partly by this tax and partly by the income from the sale of green domestic waste bin bags. Single-person households and multi-person households pay different rates.
Single-person household € 57,51
Multi-person € 71,88|
Per green binbag € 0,50

Property tax 2011
You pay the following percentages of the assessed value of your property:
For residential property:
(no user's levy)
0,1774 % for the owner's levy

For non-residential property:
0,3119 % for the user's levy
0,4073 % for the owner's levy
If you are both the owner and the user, then you will pay both the user's levy and the owner's levy

Sewage charges 2011
You pay 0,0646 % of the assessed value of your property.

Dog taxes 2011
€ 97,82 for the first dog
€ 146,88 for every next dog

Rivierenland Tiel water board
In addition to these municipal taxes, you will also have to pay the Pollution Levy and the Residents' Assessment. These taxes are levied by the Rivierenland Water Board.
